Blud

Documents

Send a memo, a rent roll, or a spreadsheet. Blud reads it.

What to ask

What to send

PDFOffering memos, surveys, title, staff reports, appraisals
ExcelRent rolls, T-12s, your own model. Macros survive
CSVMarketplace exports, comps, saved-property lists

25 MB a file, 40 MB a message.

What Blud does with it

It reads the whole thing and pulls out what matters: rents, costs, dates, acreage. Every number it takes is tied to the page it came from, so you can check any of them against the source in one click.

Saved property lists

Send an export from Crexi, LoopNet, Buildout or CoStar and Blud reads the whole list at once. Nothing becomes a deal until you say so.

Send the same list a month later and it tells you what moved.

Trinity | Listing export

the reply
Four changes since your last export. Broad Street Warehouse: asking cut from $4.1M to $3.75M. South Freeway Industrial: now under contract. Celina Land Assemblage: off the list. Design District Flex: new, same broker as Broad Street.

What comes back

  • Your own model, filled in, if you sent one.
  • The workbook, with formulas you can change.
  • The IC memo, as a PDF.
